Four steps, in order. Each one gives you a clear picture before you commit to the next. The most important fixes always come first.

The four steps

Most of the work happens in steps 3 and 4. Steps 1 and 2 are about understanding where you stand.

Step 1
Free AgentReady report
We scan your site against the Find, Read and Act requirements and show what passes and what's missing.
You receive a short, plain-language report. It lists each requirement, marks it as passing or missing, and points out the MUST items first. There is no obligation to continue.
Step 2
Onboarding call
We walk through the report together and agree on priorities, starting with the MUSTs.
On a short call we go through what the report found and what it means for your business. Together we agree which fixes come first, so the work follows your priorities.
Step 3
Guided upgrade
We guide you or your developer through the fixes, one at a time.
Fixes can include robots.txt and bot protection, answers rendered in the HTML, structured data, an llms.txt file, a clear pricing page, and an MCP server or CLI where it makes sense. We explain each change before it is made, so you or your developer can apply it with confidence.
Step 4
Re-check and stay current
We re-scan your site, confirm the result, and keep you up to date as the standard evolves.
Once the upgrades are in place, we run the scan again and confirm where your site now stands. Because the standard is still evolving, we keep an eye on changes and tell you when something new matters for your business.

You do not need to be technical to start. The report and the onboarding call are in plain language, and every upgrade is explained before it happens.
